Dave Fate

Dave is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Stonebriar Commercial Finance. He provides leadership and oversight over all aspects of the business. With over 35 years of industry experience, Dave launched Stonebriar in March 2015 with capital backing from Eldridge, and Security Benefit Corporation. He has led the company on a phenomenal growth trajectory culminating in Stonebriar achieving an investment grade corporate credit rating while building a highly profitable portfolio. Dave previously played key leadership roles in the successful startup of AIG Commercial Asset Finance and Transamerica Equipment Finance. In 2018 Dave was awarded the first ever Monitor MVP award, and Goldman Sachs recognized him as one of 2020’s 100 most intriguing entrepreneurs. Dave has been a strong ELFA industry advocate during his career having served on various ELFA committees.

Nicholas Sandler

Nicholas Sandler is Co-Founder and President of Stonebriar Commercial Finance, an originator, owner, and servicer of assets in a diverse set of industries including aviation, manufacturing, maritime, rail, and real estate. Previously, Nicholas was a managing director at Guggenheim Partners where he served in various capacities including as portfolio manager for aviation investments, member of the Corporate Credit Group, and leading Guggenheim’s public affairs efforts. Earlier in his career, he was special assistant to former California Gov. Gray Davis. Nicholas currently sits on the boards of Flexjet, Simcom Aviation Training, and Stonebriar and is active with several community and philanthropic organizations. Since 2012, he has served as President of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation, the official team charity of Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Dodgers.

Steve E. White

Steve is Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director at Stonebriar Commercial Finance and leads SCF’s Capital Markets and Indirect Originations activity.  Previously, Steve was Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets at GE Capital, leading Global Capital Markets for GE Capital’s Equipment Finance and Leasing businesses. Steve has been active in the Equipment Finance and Leasing Association for over 35 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Towson University and his MBA from Loyola University.

Jeffrey L. Wilkison

Jeff is the Co-Founder and Chief Credit Officer at Stonebriar Commercial Finance bringing over thirty-two years of experience. He has a history of successfully managing a high-performing credit department, responsible for the full range of managerial duties including staffing, underwriting, documentation, lien perfection, collection and recovery and compliance with policies and practices of both the organization and applicable regulatory agencies. He has exhibited very successful portfolio management performance across a broad array of asset types, including rail and aviation deployed in a diverse geographic area, including Canada and Mexico. His capabilities also include managing and operating with internal funding sources under multi participant credit and securitization facilities. Jeffrey has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ryan Ellis

Ryan Ellis serves as Managing Director of Stonebriar Commercial Finance and head of the Real Estate Group. In this capacity, Mr. Ellis manages a team of originators to structure transactions with creative capital structures in various asset classes including office, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, senior housing, and others. Ryan has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience and joined Stonebriar in 2017. Mr. Ellis has a Bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Business Administration.

B. Andrew Fletcher

Andy is Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Stonebriar Commercial Finance leading a team of attorneys handling corporate and transaction matters.   Previously Andy was General Counsel for Transamerica Equipment Finance and AIG Commercial Finance, that were started and managed by Stonebriar’s management team during the past 25 years.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. He is a member Texas State Bar and active member of various trade associations including the Equipment Finance and Lease Association and the American College of Investment Counsel.

Sr. Managing Director, Sponsor Finance

Michael B. Gay

Michael is a Senior Managing Director of sponsor finance at Stonebriar Commercial Finance.  Michael manages the P.E. sponsor channel which provides large-scale fixed asset financings to capital intensive, sponsor backed companies.  Prior to joining Stonebriar, Michael was Group Head for NXT Equipment Finance where he launched and managed NXT Capital’s equipment division.  He’s held prior management roles within the equipment financing divisions of Bank of America and GE Capital across sales, capital markets and strategic development functions.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of California – Berkeley in political science.

Sr. Managing Director, Rail Leasing

Jeffrey Griffin

Jeff is Senior Managing Director at Stonebriar Commercial Finance’s Rail Leasing and Financing platform that provides operating leases for new or used equipment to railroads, shippers, equipment lessors, and maintenance of way providers. He is responsible for the implementation of Direct Market sales strategies and the management of customer relations for the US, Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining SCF Jeff served as Vice President of Rail Leasing with SMBC Rail Services and its predecessor companies where he grew the company’s customer base and market share of railcar leasing clients. Prior to that time he served as a Senior Account Manager at GE Rail Services over a four year period. Jeff started his career at Union Pacific Railroad where he spent 15 years in positions of increasing responsibility.  Jeff received a Master of Business Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science from Clark College. He serves on the board of the Purpose Driven Advocacy Center (PDAC).

Timothy Milazzo

Tim is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Stonebriar Commercial Finance, responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Tim has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has been instrumental in the architecture of Stonebriar’s business and was part of the original senior management staff of AIG Commercial Equipment Finance (“CEF”), where he was integral to its launch in October 2004. Prior to CEF, he held progressively more accountable positions in the finance department at Transamerica Equipment Financial Services, ending his tenure as Controller. He is a registered CPA and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, IL.

Jason Muncy

Jason is Senior Managing Director of Funding and Investor Relations at Stonebriar Commercial Finance, bringing more than 15 years of diverse corporate finance, securitization and capital markets experience.  Previously, Jason served as Director of Asset Finance for Credit Suisse in New York, where he was a senior leader of a team that originated, structured and managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio of asset-backed financings across various sectors in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. Prior to his role at Credit Suisse, Jason held positions of increasing responsibility at Barclays Capital, GE Capital and Citibank/Salomon Smith Barney.

Lisa Ohlmeyer

Lisa Ohlmeyer is a Senior Managing Director at Stonebriar Commercial Finance.  She focuses corporate development and on strategic partnerships within SCF’s aviation investments. Prior to joining Stonebriar, Lisa spent 8 years at Guggenheim Partners in its Investment Management division where she worked closely with the firm’s insurance company clients and on corporate development initiatives.  Lisa played a key role in the formation and launch of the Guggenheim Aircraft Opportunity Fund, the first ever comingled investment vehicle dedicated to business aviation. Lisa serves on the board of Blackbrook Capital, an Eldridge business focused on European net lease real estate. She started her career as a Global Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in the Industrials Group based in New York City. Lisa holds a BSBA from Georgetown University. In 2019, Lisa was named one of the Monitor’s Top 50 women in leasing.

Kyle C. Parks

Kyle is Executive Vice President, Head of Direct Originations at Stonebriar Commercial Finance where he is responsible a 6 person team chartered to structure asset-centric loan and lease solutions directly with prospective commercial finance clients across the U.S., Canada, and select international markets. A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Kyle has managed several direct originations platforms most recently at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance’s (“WFEF”) Energy and Marine group.  Kyle joined WFEF in 2006 as Senior Vice President and Specialty Markets Manager – Energy. Previously, Kyle was Director – Energy Finance with ORIX USA’s Structured Finance group and Vice President – Senior Account Manager with GE Commercial Finance – Commercial Equipment Financing.  Kyle received a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington. Kyle resides in Southlake, TX with his wife and four children.

Kevin Sensenbrenner

Kevin is Senior Managing Director of Asset Management at Stonebriar Commercial Finance.  Previously, Kevin played key leadership roles at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance and AIG Commercial Asset Finance.  Kevin began his career as an industrial equipment and real estate appraiser at AccuVal Associates, managing the firm’s appraisal practice groups in Dallas and Chicago, where he helped the business grow to be the largest machinery and equipment appraisal firm in North America. Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry and is active in the Equipment Finance and Leasing Association, serving on the Women’s Leadership Council and chairing the Equipment Management Committee.

Don is Senior Managing Director at Stonebriar Commercial Finance and leads the origination efforts for SCF Aviation Capital.  Previously, Don was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners Aviation Investments, where he oversaw global business aviation originations. Earlier in his career, he played key business aviation origination roles at US Bank Equipment Finance and Key Equipment Finance.  Prior to that Don served in originations and portfolio management at Boeing Capital, McDonnell Douglas Finance, and Equitable Life Leasing.  He received his undergraduate degree from University of the Pacific and his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Todd Gilbert is a Principal at Eldridge. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Gilbert was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners and focused on principal investing, business development and strategic transactions for Guggenheim, as well as private equity, corporate credit and special situations investment opportunities. Mr. Gilbert currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stonebriar Commercial Finance and Blackbrook Capital, and is actively involved with various other Eldridge businesses. Mr. Gilbert received his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Dylan Glenn

Dylan Glenn is the former Chairman of Guggenheim KBBO Partners, Ltd., a Dubai based joint venture partnership between the KBBO Group and Guggenheim Partners.  Prior to this role, Mr. Glenn was Senior Managing Director of Guggenheim Partners, where he joined in 2005 where in addition to successfully establishing the Guggenheim KBBO joint venture, he lead Guggenheim’s Government Relations efforts in Washington and was a Member of the Guggenheim Partners Public Affairs Committee.  Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Glenn served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Sonny Perdue of Georgia.  He also served in the White House in Washington, D.C. as Special Assistant for President George W. Bush for Economic Policy from 2001 -2003. He was a member of the National Economic Council team advising the President on various economic issues..  In addition to service on the Board of Managers of Stonebriar Commercial Finance, Mr. Glenn is a Director of the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas, Texas.  He is a Director of Intellicheck, Inc (IDN), a Russell 3000 company listed on NASDAQ and a leading provider of authentication services for companies primarily in the area of financial services. He also a Trustee of Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina and the Episcopal High School at Alexandria, Virginia.  Mr. Glenn received his B.A. degree from Davidson College in North Carolina and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two sons.

Tony Minella is Co-founder and President of Eldridge. Previously, Mr. Minella was Chief Investment Officer of Security Benefit. Prior to joining Security Benefit, he was Co-head of the Corporate Credit Group at Guggenheim Investments where he co-chaired their Investment Committee. Mr. Minella currently serves on the board of, or is actively involved with, various Eldridge businesses. He is also a member of the US Olympic & Paralympic Foundation Trustee Council. Mr. Minella received his A.B. in Economics from Bowdoin College.
