Stonebriar Expands Legal Team with Addition of Jason A. Schwartz

Stonebriar Commercial Finance (“Stonebriar”) announced that Jason Schwartz has joined the company as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel reporting to Andy Fletcher, Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Jason has significant experience in commercial and real estate finance and lease transactions. He began law practice as an associate with Jones Day in Dallas working on a variety of complex commercial and corporate finance transactions. He spent the last five years in house for a private real estate investment company. Jason is licensed in the State Bar of Texas and U.S. Court of International Trade and is conversant in several languages.
